Lisa Belgrad, LCSW, has experience in psychosocial assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, adults and families. Ms. Belgrad develops strong therapeutic relationships to improve functioning and to celebrate growth. Areas of expertise cover a wide range of challenges, including adoption.

Alan D. Buntman, Ph.D. has over 25 years of experience assessing psychological functioning and providing children, adolescents, and adults with therapeutic tools to improve their functioning and quality of life. Dr. Buntman develops important relationships with families to help them navigate some of their most difficult life experiences.

Miriam Fishman, Psy.D. has experience in the psychological assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families.  Dr. Fishman emphasizes the role that trust plays in the therapeutic relationship and believes that efforts to raise awareness, understanding, and acceptance can help to bring about positive change and growth.

Sheryl Green, LCSW, works with children, adolescents, and adults using a variety of approaches tailored to each individual and situation. She believes that each client brings their own strengths to the therapeutic process and partners with them in order to help them effectively address personal life challenges and move towards a healthier way of functioning.  With compassion and understanding, as a therapist, Sheryl is warm, open, encouraging, and non-judgmental.

Thomas M. Kaufman, Psy.D. has experience in schools, medical, forensic, transitional, and community mental health centers as well as private practice settings. He specializes in the treatment of all disorders across the lifespan and holds the belief that life comes at us in waves or cycles. Dr. Kaufman works collaboratively and forms a relationship based on trust, respect, and empathy, so that you may begin to realize your true self. Through this awakening, symptoms alleviate and awareness grows. Dr. Kaufman is thankful to be a part of the courageous process of self-exploration and growth through psychotherapy, and quickly becomes your greatest ally and teammate.

Mary Lentine, LCSW, has thirty plus years of experience working with children, adults, and families. She is trained in the psychodynamic process, CBT, substance abuse, trauma, and Epilepsy. Mary values trust and empathy in the treatment relationship, conveying a sense of hope for change and emphasizing strengths rather than “problems.”

Carol Sweet Nichols, Ph.D. is a specialist in communication sciences and disorders, particularly learning disabilities, with extensive experience in comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation and therapeutic intervention. Dr. Sweet Nichols has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in clinic, hospital, university, and school settings.

Samantha N. Orbach, Psy.D. specializes in psychological assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and families. In close, collaborative partnership with her clients, Dr. Orbach helps them discover the obstacles in their functioning and find new, healthy ways to navigate through their challenges.

Debbie Strauss, LCSW has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings including public schools, therapeutic day schools, and hospitals. Among her specialties is a passion for working with adolescents and adults around issues related to divorce. Ms. Strauss believes that each person is a complex individual with a unique story to tell. She works through the therapeutic relationship to help clients increase self-awareness, uncover issues that keep them stuck, learn more effective communication skills, and develop coping strategies to promote healing, growth, and positive change.

Tara Thomason, JD, LCSW has over 20 years experience working with families in a variety of settings and specializes in psychosocial assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults.  Ms. Thomason places emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and tailors treatment for each individual and family to encourage greater self-awareness and positive change.
