Alan D. Buntman, Ph.D. has over 25 years of experience assessing psychological functioning and providing children, adolescents, and adults with therapeutic tools to improve their functioning and quality of life. Dr. Buntman develops important relationships with families to help them navigate some of their most difficult life experiences.

Miriam Fishman, Psy.D. has experience in the psychological assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families.  Dr. Fishman emphasizes the role that trust plays in the therapeutic relationship and believes that efforts to raise awareness, understanding, and acceptance can help to bring about positive change and growth.

Sheryl Green, LCSW, works with children, adolescents, and adults using a variety of approaches tailored to each individual and situation. She believes that each client brings their own strengths to the therapeutic process and partners with them in order to help them effectively address personal life challenges and move towards a healthier way of functioning.  With compassion and understanding, as a therapist, Sheryl is warm, open, encouraging, and non-judgmental.

Carol Sweet Nichols, Ph.D. is a specialist in communication sciences and disorders, particularly learning disabilities, with extensive experience in comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation and therapeutic intervention. Dr. Sweet Nichols has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in clinic, hospital, university, and school settings.

Pamela Rezek, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in evaluating and treating children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, social, behavioral, language, and academic challenges. Dr. Rezek conducts comprehensive evaluations to uncover a child’s pattern of strengths and weaknesses, provide diagnostic clarity, and identify the cognitive factors that may underlie presenting problems. The areas of concern often addressed in her evaluations are attention, learning problems, executive functioning, depression, anxiety, and social skill weaknesses. Dr. Rezek collaborates with families, schools, and private providers (e.g., pediatricians, OT) to accurately understand concerns and provide specific, practical recommendations to address those concerns, including parenting strategies, interventions and accommodations at school, referrals for private services as needed, and guidance for private providers based on results of evaluations. She also regularly attends school team meetings to collaborate in the development of support plans and help parents advocate for their child.

Debbie Strauss, LCSW has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings including public schools, therapeutic day schools, and hospitals. Among her specialties is a passion for working with adolescents and adults around issues related to divorce. Ms. Strauss believes that each person is a complex individual with a unique story to tell. She works through the therapeutic relationship to help clients increase self-awareness, uncover issues that keep them stuck, learn more effective communication skills, and develop coping strategies to promote healing, growth, and positive change.

Tara Thomason, JD, LCSW has over 20 years experience working with families in a variety of settings and specializes in psychosocial assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults.  Ms. Thomason places emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and tailors treatment for each individual and family to encourage greater self-awareness and positive change.
