Dr. Fishman emphasizes the role that trust plays in the therapeutic relationship and believes that efforts to raise awareness, understanding, and acceptance can help to bring about positive change and growth.

Sheryl Green, LCSW works with children, adolescents, and adults using a variety of approaches tailored to each individual and situation. She believes that each client brings their own strengths to the therapeutic process and partners with them in order to help them effectively address personal life challenges and move towards a healthier way of functioning. Carol Sweet Nichols, Ph.D. is a specialist in communication sciences and disorders, particularly learning disabilities, with extensive experience in comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation and therapeutic intervention. Dr. Sweet Nichols has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in clinic, hospital, university, and school settings.
Pamela Rezek
Ph.D.
is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in evaluating and treating children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, social, behavioral, language, and academic challenges. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with clients to identify their most important concerns and goals while using appropriate psychological approaches to develop life-long coping skills. Dr. Rezek also conducts comprehensive evaluations to uncover a client’s pattern of strengths and weaknesses and provide the diagnostic clarity that informs specific, practical recommendations to address concerns, including parenting strategies, interventions/accommodations at school, and referrals for private services. Dr. Rezek also is available to collaborate with school teams and attend school meetings.
Debbie Strauss
LCSW
Debbie Strauss, LCSW has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings including public schools, therapeutic day schools, and hospitals. Among her specialties is a passion for working with adolescents and adults around issues related to divorce. Ms. Strauss believes that each person is a complex individual with a unique story to tell. She works through the therapeutic relationship to help clients increase self-awareness, uncover issues that keep them stuck, learn more effective communication skills, and develop coping strategies to promote healing, growth, and positive change.
